Nominate a student for the Johnson Award for Outstanding Writing

The Johnson Award for Outstanding Writing will honor one student for a superior paper written for any First-Year Writing course and one student per college for any Writing Across the Curriculum course (all students who were enrolled in one of these courses in Spring 2022 or Fall 2022 are eligible).

Please nominate a student by entering information in the form below. You can complete the form multiple times if you have many excellent papers to nominate. You will receive a confirmation e-mail for each nomination. The deadline for nominations is noon on Monday, March 20, 2023.
*Note that you do not need to provide the student paper because students will be asked to do so after being given the opportunity to revise.
