Will you be accessing the University of New Haven Campuses in-person, for any reason? *

Fully Remote Students
Students who are fully remote - meaning, they do not intend to come to a University of New Haven campus at all during the semester - do not need to meet the vaccination requirement until such time as they decide they would like to return to campus. If you decide later that you want to come to campus, you will need to be fully vaccinated or receive a vaccination exemption before you are permitted on campus.
You should NOT choose this option unless all of your classes are designated as online and you will definitely not be accessing the campus(es).

Fully Remote Employees
Employees who are fully remote - meaning, they do not need to come to a University of New Haven property at all during the semester to perform their job duties - do not need to meet the vaccination requirement until such time as they need to return to campus.
You should NOT choose this option unless you have had a conversation with your departmental leadership about your required work location, as previously accommodated remote working arrangements may have changed. Employees who are on campus even one day per week must comply with the guidelines to submit a COVID-19 vaccination record OR request a non-remote exemption (temporary, medical, personal, or religious).
If you decide later that you want or need to come to campus, you will need to be fully vaccinated or receive a vaccination exemption before you are permitted on campus.
Finally, even if you will be fully remote, you still have the option to submit a vaccination record now or in the future, which would give you maximum flexibility to come to campus if needed for work-related or personal time (i.e. attend athletic contests or events held on campus, to use the Recreation Center, etc.).
