Beckerman Recreation Center Faculty/Staff Membership Application

Application for University of New Haven Faculty/Staff to purchase a membership to the Beckerman Recreation Center. Please select the membership option below you would like to enroll in.

In order to be eligible to purchase the following memberships, you must be a current employee at the University of New Haven. Our Membership Team will create your membership profile and email you when you may come to activate your membership at the Beckerman Recreation Center Welcome Desk.

Payroll Deduction:
A Payroll Deduction Membership is a monthly, repetitive membership for current, full-time University of New Haven employees that costs $12 per month. Proof of employment may be required at the time of activation. Payroll deduction for my monthly fees will remain active until canceled through the Membership Cancellation Form.

Monthly Repetitive:
A Monthly Repetitive Membership is a monthly, repetitive membership for current University of New Haven employees that costs $12 per month. This membership requires a credit card on file. Proof of employment may be required at the time of activation. Repetitive charges for my monthly fees will remain active until canceled through the Membership Cancellation Form.

Annual Upfront:
An Annual Upfront is a paid in full membership for current University of New Haven employees that costs $144. This membership requires payment in full at the time of activation. Proof of employment may be required at the time of activation. Upfront memberships are not eligible for cancellation.

4-Month Upfront:
A 4-Month Upfront is a paid in full membership for current University of New Haven employees that costs $70. This membership requires payment in full at the time of activation.  Proof of employment may be required at the time of activation. Upfront memberships are not eligible for cancellation.
