If you do not plan to use University Sponsored Health Insurance, have you already completed the waiver for this academic year? If you submitted the waiver during fall, you do not need to submit another for spring. *
Undergraduate students need to complete the health insurance waiver to opt out. Graduate students should select "I am a graduate level student" as this will not apply.
