If alumni wish to borrow materials from the Marvin K. Peterson Library, they are required to complete this application in advance of borrowing materials. This application is used to verify alumni status. Please allow for for 3-4 business days for processing. Once the application is processed, alumni will be required to provide a driver's license or photo ID at the library when they check out desired materials. Note: This is NOT required for alumni to visit the library, only to borrow materials.
