This form is used to enroll in the Monthly Installment Plan for the Fall 2024 semester. *Registration, additional payments, financial aid and/or outside scholarships must be finalized and in place before completing the enrollment form. Failure to do so will result in your monthly payments being calculated incorrectly. If your financial aid file is incomplete, this form will not be processed and the student will be notified via email. Plan Details and Features - $50 enrollment fee per semester. Please note, this fee is non-refundable. - Five monthly installments - Payments are due every 30 days.
